Positive Environments L.L.C.’s evolution started January 1, 2000 after witnessing a continual need to marriage the concept of Aging-In-Place with smart constructional design. With experience from my background which consists of degrees in Commercial Art, Therapeutic Recreation and Corporate Fitness and fourteen years of experience in the clinical world of Rehabilitation provided the foundation for the Medical understanding which guides the constructional thoughts and designs.

I am currently a Licensed Contractor in the State of Tennessee, CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist), CAPS Instructor for National Association of Home Builders, CGP (Certification for Green Professional), a consultant for the ALS Association of NE Tennessee and currently serving as Senior Vice President for the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association.

My focus is to provide smart design that will work for all home owners by creating a Positive Environment for all to live and function in at the highest degree possible.
